I have lived in Malvern Lakes for just over 7 years--it is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, and the staff is great. The grounds are well tended to as is the pool and other recreational aspects of the community. The complex is off the beaten path, so it is very peaceful--but you still have conveniences just around the corner. I plan on staying here for several more years--I have found home!
